My mother went through a lot of stress and traumatic events of his life. She seemed fine, but now he is a suspect with PTSD. (I live in another country, but will return next year, when the term of my service has expired.) I'm here on vacation, to be with her. I realized that his nerves seem to be constantly on the edge, vulnerable, forgetful excited. She said she knows she has PTSD, but she refuses to go on medication, and not trusted advisors.
So, what can I do about my mother relaxed, more calm and help in this situation?
